Rates & turnaround

I will proofread transcripts with or without audio. However, please keep in mind that I do not proofread the whole transcript with audio; I only spot check in areas that are unclear. If you need me to proofread to full audio, or if you have other special circumstances (such as "dirty" transcripts), please contact me to discuss rates. I do not charge extra for transcripts with heavy medical, legal, or otherwise technical terminology.

  1. Delivery times are based on U.S. Central Time. Any transcripts received after 8pm U.S. Central Time are considered received the following business day at 8am U.S. Central Time.
  2. Standard, Rush, and Next-Day delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. If transcripts are needed during a weekend or holiday, please use the Weekends & Holidays rate. Same-Day turnaround times include weekends and holidays, if applicaple.
